Buddhist - philosophical tradition that originated in India and is based on the teachings of the Buddha ... Buddhists believe that everything in life is impermanent and constantly changing

Personally, I see a close connection of the Hebrewism of ancient Israel to the teachings of Buddhism ... The truth that suffering exists, it has a cause, and it has an end, and there is a path to end it.

The path consists of ideals for ethical conduct, mental discipline, and wisdom. The ideals are right understanding, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration. As taught by the Buddha, the Dharma, (the doctrine, or universal truth, that the Buddha proclaimed in his teachings and practices that help people cultivate an enlightened mind) ... through the practice of morality, meditation, and wisdom.

These same principles are taught through the Teachings of Abraham and the Kabbalah. The teachings found in the stories of Abraham the Hebrew, in the Bible, shows that people can make the world a better place by connecting with Elohim (the Powers) of the Universe (YHWH), listening to the message receive, and then taking the proper actions through applied wisdom.

As I see it, the teachings of Abraham the Hebrew can best be understood by studying the teachings of Baruch Spinoza. "A free man thinks of death least of all things, and his wisdom is a meditation not of death but of life."; "Emotion, which is suffering, ceases to be suffering as soon as we form a clear and precise picture of it." - Baruch Spinoza, Ethics

Procrastination

Procrastination usually involves ignoring an unpleasant task even if it is an important task. Sometimes the task is put off in favor of one that is more enjoyable or easier. Thus, Procrastination is an active process which you choose to do something else instead of the task that you know you should be doing.

Symptoms of Procrastination

One of the most common symptoms of procrastination is the fear of a negative or an unknown outcome. If you are overwhelmed by anxiety, you may feel that you are inadequate, or incapable of the task, or that you are a failure. You may put off tasks because you are afraid of not achieving “perfect” results. Or, you may be a perfectionist (a person who refuses to accept any standard short of perfection). You may also fear being criticized.

Personally, I am a perfectionist and I am not afraid of criticism. Usually I am highly critical of the non-perfectionist.

How to recognize That You are Procrastinating

You might be putting off a task because you have had to re-prioritize your workload. If you are briefly delaying an important task for a genuinely good reason, then you are not necessarily procrastinating. However, if you start to put things off indefinitely, or switch focus because you want to avoid doing something, then you are probably procrastinating.

How to Stop Procrastination

Break large tasks into smaller chunks, and pick one that you can do now, so that you are underway towards completing a larger task, almost without realizing it!

1. Make a plan. Put times or dates on the key tasks on your list, so that you know what to concentrate on and when. For example, I started writing this information as soon as we got off the call last week. I was inspired by the brothers suggestion of giving a talk on procastination.

2. Finish the task. When you spot a task that is nearly done, put extra effort into getting it over the line. Do not allow yourself to be tempted to leaving the tasks unfinished: enjoy the satisfaction of completing the job at hand!

Be kind to yourself. No one ever gets to the end of their to-do list! Do your best to meet your life-lines, and celebrate your successes. But be realistic: you will always have more to do than there are hours in the day.

As for me, no job is ever complete, that is, there is always something that can be tweked to make it better, more perfect. I just have to find a good stoping point which can be conceived as finished.

I could carry this subject into a sermon, but this looks like a good stopping point.

Love, the expanded concept

The dictionary usually provide a definition of love that goes something like this; strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties or attraction based on sexual desire : affection and tenderness felt by lovers

I want to explore love from the Hebraic perspective of love. Love is more than the emotion, love generate the emotions - thus, there is more to love than a set of emotions.

A friend of mine once said, "People should have the freedom to love. Obviously there are situations in which the power imbalance can be abused. A moral society should have safeguards to protect the vulnerable."

I agree that people should have the freedom to love. In order for us to help instill that freedom, we need to improve our concepts of love, then increase our conversations on the subject of love. For example: love is more than an emotion.

True love is about the genuine concern for a person's physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being. When we see and experience such in ourselves and in others, it should, and often does, create an emotional sense of pleasure. And while there are situations that can diminish that joy and well-being - the intelligence (knowledge of the situation and how to bring things into balance) can and will, empower the human being with the ability cause love to be overt and an acceptable norm of society. These are the bases for a moral society. These are also the safeguards that protect the citizens of this planet and make them to be less vulnerable to situations that would, otherwise, diminish the peace that love brings to humanity.

Another friend shared this with me, {Here's a short acknowledgement from an onlne app titled 'Bible'. Did you know that the word love is used 413 times in what is falsely labelled as the Old Testament? Otoh , it's used in the NT New Testament 223 times." ... "Seems like that "Love" , when focused on another human being (regardless of age or gender)" and that other human has the same feelings of "love'" toward you, then that "Love" controls all of the 'conditions' numbered by the previous posting (included below)....and "Love" brooks no opposition from all the reaches of the intellect.}

Often times when people think that they love each other, they feel as though they are not on the same page. The most common reason for this is a lack of proper communication. A relationship is about showing that you care. Everyone experiences love differently, usually because of how we conceptualize love. I believe that we all can learn to identify the roots of love, give and receive love in more meaningful ways, and grow closer to others than ever before. Spiritual tolerance

Spiritual tolerance, basically, is the practice of loving and accepting people as they are.

Often times people can, inaccurately, believe that others should believe the same way as they do, or follow the same spiritual path that they are following.

In actuality, we all need to follow our own spiritual path. No two paths are exactually the same. Some may join a spiritual comunity, some call it a religion, but, within that community, no one is following the exact same spiritual path because we all have to walk our own unique path to enlightenment.

We may have a favorite color, lets say blue. Another person may like red. One day we may have on a blue shirt and another person may have on a red shirt - we do not say anything that would cause them to become down in spirit. In most cases, we do not critize the other person for wearing a different color shirt than we do. If we see a person wearing our favorite color, we might compliment them on their color choice and uplift their spirit.

The same should be with any other spiritual practice. Always be found uplifting the spirit of others. We just may find that we have a lot in common to share along our spiritual journey.

Freedom: unbridled

As a 19 year old, flying a million dollar war bird in Vietnam - (101st Airborne Division ("Screaming Eagles")) attributed to the American Bald Eagle - a bird that does not group in packs, I had unbridled Freedom to do whatever my mind lead me to do, as I patrolled the skies, usually a single ship, hunting any thing that wasn't suppose to be in my area of operations - I was a free spirit, governed by my own desires.

I was aware of my freedom then, and, while I don't miss war nor Vietnam, that same sense of freedom don't exist in everyday life.

 Freedom is only seen as limited when one is in a situation that is outside their comfort zone.

Honoring Women on Mothers' Day

Anna Jarvis, the founder of Mothers' Day, did not like the commercialism of Mothers' Day.

"Mother's Day is a personal, family and memorial day. It’s a celebration for sons and daughters; a thanks and offering for the blessings of good homes." - Anna Jarvis, Miami Daily News interview 1924.

Mothers' Day: although its a special day to honor mothers, I would like to point out that its a great time to reflect upon the great things that all women do to make life worth living.

Begin each day with a special thought for the millions of women, mothers or not, who may be starting their days in very different ways - keep them in your hopes and prayers - and do whatever you can to ensure that young girls are able to grow into great women.

Thanks for reading this, I know its off the usual path of business, but I have always had a great love for the well-being of women and children world-wide. I pray you don't mind me taking this time, to promote well wishes for women all around the global communities.

Keyword or long tail keywords

When looking at "keywords", you may wish to consider that one little letter at the end, the letter 's'. Getting on the first page is not about 'keyword' but 'keywords'!

Take for example, 'marketing', that is too vast a subject to get quality visitors to your site. A person using just the one word 'marketing' in their search, may have no idea what they are actually looking for or are just wandering what the term means - using the internet as a dictionary.

If you have a site on marketing, in order to stand out (B unique), your content must address some specific aspect of marketing that other sites do not address and also fill a need for a large number of people that are interesting in marketing.

Thus, your content will have a lot of words on your unique subject - a few of those words will be "Key" to people finding your information. Thus, the term - "keywords" (plural).

Long tail keywords are defined as keyword phrases that consist of between two and five words, usually used when searching for a rather specific item. Therefore, long-tail keywords have less competition and when your site have the correct keywords within its content and that content is unique - you will rank on or close to the first page of the search engine.

Plus, when the person that reach your site is actually looking for the unique content they find on your site, they will interact more with your site. The person doing a general search, say for 'marketing', may not find anything they think is useful on your site. They wont stay long which is bad for your page rank and if your site is set to produce income, they wont be there long enough to buy anything.

The trick is to make sure your content (the 'words' on your site) are 'key' to what you want people to search for in the first place.

Warm Market Success for Your Business

The Hebrew king, King Solomon, according to historians, was at least the wealthiness person in the world at that point in history. The Tanahk says that it was Yahuwah (the Holy One of Israel) who gave Solomon his wealth. King Solomon didn’t ask for it nor did he lavish wealth.

The book of Proverbs in the Tanakh show us that, "He who works his land will have abundant food, but he who chases fantasies lacks judgment" (12:11).

Proverbs also tell us that, "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children" (13:22).

In order to leave an inheritance we must achieve an abundance, not only to leave to our children, but to our children’s children. This requires work, discipline, investing, planning and the saving up of our money.

We have to manifest an abundance, an increase in our wealth, in order to have tithes to place in the storehouse for our people in times of lean years. We also have to have abundance in order to bless those who have less than they need to live.

Being wealthy, when done correctly, is the attributes of wealth received do to diligent work, wisdom, personal sacrifice, patience, perseverance, self control and wisdom - "the blessing of Yahuwah brings wealth" (Proverbs 10:22).

President Obama is a change agent (a person whose presence or thought processes cause a change from the traditional way of handling or thinking about a problem). He is causing the American people to become aware of their short comings as well as the short comings of America as a nation.

Those who see this and seek to improve the situation, see Obama and his "Change" as being good for the future of the people of the earth. Those who do not wish to face their problems nor the problems of America's stagnant culture - see "Obama Change" as something bad!

Recently, America has seen a lot of change. Some see it as mostly positive while others see it as negative. I am genuinely happy about it all - the positive and the negative view-points.

Many people don't believe that it's possible to make fifty thousand dollars per month, that's 50,000.00 dollars in one month (30 days).

Before I retired in 2009, I was earning a salary of $50,000.00 a year. Lately I have been thinking about my goal of making $50,000.00 per month and this is what I came up with: In order to make fifty thousand dollars per month, one would have to sell to one thousand people, a product that net them fifty dollars in profit per month.

Positive Mental Attitude

All your thoughts, whether positive or negative, have an effect on your environment. Your mind automatically seek out confirmation that the world is the place you think it to be.

If you see the world as negative, you expect negative results. Thus, you are less likely to take risks and try new things - your mind reinforces that by producing negative results. However, positive thinking works by building a positive mental attitude, you'll seek out positive choices and expect positive results. This helps you move past fear and try things that others may believe "can’t be done" - thus, you create positive results.

Step outside Your comfort zone

When we seek to build a business, we often hear of the "millionaire mindset". I like to think of "Prosperity Consciousness". When we develop the consciousness to be prosperous, then it will become our nature to do the steps to be successful in our business venture. There are rules for success that makes it easier for us to reach our goals, Prosperity Consciousness is the art of learning and following those rules.

When we are in our comfort zone, nothing much happens. We have to take that step outside our comfort zone in order to achieve success!

Is there any way to get easy referrals?

The best way to get referrals, not necessarily the easiest, is to search out and find the places to advertise that match the type of business you desire to promote. And, if possible, find several places that has a good amount of new people joining. Your advertisement should be interesting enough to cause people to want to know more about your offer.

Think of what you have questions about, find the answer or solutions to these questions and share the solution with others.

Write a 100 to 300 word essay about your site and publish it in other publications. Look at the subject of your site and do a lot of research on it. Write about what you think people may wish to learn that others have not written about on the subject.

Post the essay in newsletters and blogs that allow guess articles and bylines. Many Traffic Exchanges are free to join and have a Forum inwhich you can post tips and helpful information. They always have a link to your website already and they are usually indexed by search engines.

Writing to the forum of several good traffic exchanges, blogs and newsgroups should bring you a lot of visitors and signups if you have a list you are promoting. That is, if you do good research and offer some good information.

Do a search on the internet for social media sites that match the topic of your web site. Get to know the people and let them get to know you. Post a lot of relevant content to the social media about the same or related topics of your site and people will check out your site and some will join.

I get a lot of referrals from Linkreferral in the business opportunity making money section because that is what my site is about. On my site, I also tell people how to advertise their product or service to the right people.

Simple Marketing Methods

Red Tails, the Tuskegee Airmen

I just heard about the Movie "Red Tails" that depicts the challenges and heroism of the Tuskegee Airmen during WWII, it looks promising. I am an ex Army pilot, still love the thrill and glory of aircraft and the company of fellow soldiers.

The movie is a high-flying air combat action war film inspired by the heroic exploits of Tuskegee Airmen created by Lucasfilm. It is a 2012 action drama film directed by Anthony Hemingway, from a screenplay by John Ridley and Aaron McGruder. The story, written by Ridley, is inspired by true events.

George Lucas serves as the executive producer for the project. It is based on the Tuskegee Airmen, a group of African American servicemen during World War II, and is the first Lucasfilm production since Radioland Murders (1994).

It is not associated with the Indiana Jones or Star Wars franchises. This movie stars Cuba Gooding, Jr. (who previously starred in The Tuskegee Airmen, an HBO made-for-television film about the same group of pilots) in his first theatrical film in five years, and Terrence Howard (who portrayed a Tuskegee pilot in Hart's War).

The scheduled release date is January 20.
