The remaining are those who comprise the base, the bottom of the pyramid and only have 2% of the wealth - thus, the bottom control hardly any capital.
Thus, the bottom have a huge disparity of influence over wealth and politics. The bulk of the world's capital is controlled by wealthiest 10%, giving them a large say so over how funding is used for politicians, businesses, and charities.
